Provider Enrollment

The Provider Enrollment department performs a variety of administrative services with third‑party payers, that are under contract with UMass Memorial Medical Group, and federal and state payers.

Responsibilities include payer application form preparation and submission, reenrollments, revalidations, and demographic maintenance in CAQH.
