ONBOARDING ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES

Notes:

• Credentialing Times Include the License Application Process with the Board of Registration in Medicine (Estimated Time for License From Submission of Application to Board to Approval 4 Months)
• Third Column, Currently Practicing in MA with BCBS Enrollment (they will consider this “maintenance” vs an initial applicant which adds 60 days)
• Fourth Column, Currently Practice Out of State
• Provider Enrollment is 3 Months for Completion of All Enrollment From Date of Privileges Release (Start dates are noted on Plan Effective Dates Document Attached).    Enrollment effective dates are entered into Echo when the confirmed date and provider number are received from the health plan.
