UMass Memorial Medical Group Health Plan Information Maintenance

If you are billing through the UMass Memorial Medical Group, your provider enrollment will be facilitated by the Provider Enrollment Department at UMass Memorial.       We will work with you on completing your initial enrollment with the health plans.   We will maintain your enrollment with revalidations, renewals, document updates, responding to correspondence you may receive from the health plans, and completing any online maintenance as may be required.

You may occasionally receive notice that someone has accessed your enrollment account with a health plan or CAQH.   Please forward any such notices to providerenrollment@umassmemorial.org so that we can confirm that we were the ones who accessed the account on your behalf.

When we do access your accounts, please be assured that we are doing so as authorized agents of the Medical Group.
