About Our Cancer Center

If you have been diagnosed with cancer, are interested in genetic screening, or looking to see if clinical trials are right for you, look no farther than UMass Memorial Health Cancer Center.

You’ll find care for common and complex types of cancer. From breast to brain cancers, and leukemia to liver cancer, our experts provide patient- and family-centered care close to home.

We are a leader in Central New England for cancer care. Here, you can expect compassionate, coordinated cancer screening and prevention, diagnosis and treatment. 

You’ll meet nurses who are specially trained in caring for cancer patients and families. In some areas, patient navigators guide you along your cancer journey. Seminars, support programs and an on-site American Cancer Society Resource Center are available to you.

Cancer Research and Clinical Trials

Resources from our teaching and research partner, UMass Chan Medical School, allow physicians to work with scientists to bring the latest diagnostic and treatment options to you. Extensive cancer research and clinical trials are offered in cancers including lung, breast, lymphoma, colorectal and liver.
