Multidisciplinary Care

The diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers often require the skills of many specialists. The Center for Gastrointestinal Oncology brings together these specialists in a single setting (called multidisciplinary care) each week.

Here the team discusses care for each patient and develops a thorough treatment program. This provides you with the best cancer treatment plan possible. Patients also benefit by being able to see all specialists involved with the care plan in one convenient appointment.
