2026 Medicare Advantage Plans Accepted

 

UMass Memorial Health primary care physicians (PCPs) will only accept primary care patients enrolled in Original Medicare or one of the following Medicare Advantage Plans for the 2026 plan year:
 		 The hospitals of UMass Memorial Health and UMass Memorial Medical Group specialty care physicians will participate in the following Medicare Advantage products for the 2026 plan year: 
  • Mass Advantage - HMO and PPO options provided by a local Medicare Advantage plan owned by UMass Memorial Health and created with input from our providers
  • Aetna Medicare
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare HMO and PPO Blue
  • Fallon Medicare Plus (for existing Fallon Medicare Plus patients only through 12/31/25)

* Mass Advantage is a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract offering HMO and PPO plans. Enrollment in Mass Advantage depends on contract renewal.
