Co-Director, Road to Care Mobile Clinic; Instructor, Department of Family Medicine and Community HealthJillian Joseph has been with UMass Memorial Health for more than 15 years, starting as a Patient Care Assistant in the Emergency Department on the University Campus before moving on to start her career as a Physician Assistant. Jillian now shares her clinical time between Barre Family Health Center and the Road to Care Mobile Clinic, providing a full-spectrum primary care and treatment for substance use disorders.

Jillian is active in Quality Improvement, both in Barre and within the Worcester Family Medicine Residency, and enjoys teaching medical and APP students in the classroom and clinical settings. She is a Director-at-Large and CME Chair for the Massachusetts Association of PAs and serves as the Secretary for the Advanced Practice Council at UMass Memorial. In her interactions with patients, Jillian strives to take a whole-person approach to care, meeting people where they are to help them navigate their own complex health issues in the larger health system.
