Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Urinary Incontinence and Pelvic Organ Prolapse Care in Central Massachusetts and Beyond
Pelvic organ prolapse and urinary and fecal incontinence can all cause embarrassing and uncomfortable symptoms that make it challenging to go about your daily life. But experts at UMass Memorial Health offer hope for healing. Our program is home to the largest team of fellowship-trained urogynecologists in the region. We deliver the latest therapies with compassion through our patient-centered, collaborative approach.
Hospital at Home for Postpartum Care
Cesarean Birth Recovery at Home in Central Massachusetts and Beyond
UMass Memorial Health is the first program in the U.S. with a postpartum home hospital program for patients who have had cesarean births. After delivering the baby, eligible mothers leave the hospital when they feel ready.
Advanced Practice Providers
UMass Memorial Health is home to more than 700 advanced practice providers (APPs) working at practices across our system. These highly trained and educated, licensed professionals play a critical role in health care, working both in partnership and independently of physicians to execute a broad array of comprehensive and specialized clinical activities, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a number of medical conditions.
