Continuous learning and development are at the forefront of everything we do at UMass Memorial Health. This is why we offer multiple leadership development and innovation programs in which our caregivers to can participate.

Innovation Station

UMass Memorial Health values all caregivers as our greatest problem solvers and innovators. The Idea System is how UMass Memorial Health engages all caregivers in identifying opportunities and generating ideas to reach our True North goal: to be the best place to give care and the best place to get care. Our online tool powered by KaiNexus “Innovation Station” unites us all to capture, act on, search for similar problems and easily share ideas for solutions! Each year the system’s best ideas are considered for our coveted Innovators of the Year Award! Go to Innovation Station.
