- Embrace the strength of stillness in an engaging, introspective and supportive environment
- Step away from daily routines and distractions to recharge and refresh
These retreats are open to adults (18 and older) who are interested in mindfulness. Online retreats are ideal for graduates of MBSR or MBCT who wish to continue their practice. Finding Your Center: A New Years Retreat
Feb. 6–8, 2026
The new year is a time to reflect and set intentions. To do this, we need to calm our minds and bodies to become aware of our habits and patterns. This 3-day online retreat will use practices inspired by the four elements to help us feel grounded and connected to ourselves and the world.
By connecting with nature, we can find stability and a sense of peace. From this foundation, we’ll focus on self-care and explore qualities of the heart, such as kindness, compassion, balance and joy.
Mindfulness: A Gateway to Transformation, A 3-Day Retreat to Deepen Practice
Aug. 21–23, 2026
Meditation helps us understand the mind's habits and patterns, both the beautiful and the challenging. This intensive retreat will give you time to focus on your experiences and learn to handle what arises moment by moment. This can lead to deeper understanding and awareness.
Through meditation, we can reconnect with a sense of wholeness. We hope you will join us for this weekend of discovery and practice.
Cultivating Contentment by Exploring the Qualities of Balance, Energy and Calm
Oct. 16–18, 2026
Mindfulness helps us build skills that benefit both meditation practice and daily life. In this retreat, we’ll focus on key qualities, like mindfulness, curiosity, energy, joy, calm, focus and balance.
Developing these qualities helps the mind feel more at ease and free from the patterns that hold us back. We’ll look at why we get stuck in these patterns and how mindfulness can help us move past them, bringing more happiness and ease to our lives.
