Leominster Traffic and Parking During Construction
The construction is expected to last 10 weeks and affects parking and traffic patterns.
Beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2025, the parking deck in front of the Leominster Campus will undergo construction for approximately 10 weeks.
During Construction
- Entrances A, B, and the Emergency Department will remain open.
- The ambulance bay in front of the Emergency Department will not be impacted.
- Parking on the deck will be reserved for individuals with handicap placards.
- Security personnel will be available during designated hours to assist with parking and accessibility needs.
- Clear signage will guide patients and visitors.
Changes to Traffic and Parking
There are two phases during which the traffic patterns will change:
- Phase 1 (Sept 2 – Oct 7): One-way traffic from Nelson Street to McKay Street.
- Phase 2 (Oct 8 – Nov 14): Traffic flow will reverse, with additional parking opening for patients and visitors.
