The Maternity Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) brings together patients and caregivers to improve patient and family-centered care through valuable feedback and collaboration. PFAC members contribute to initiatives like enhancing nurse communication, simplifying wayfinding, and reviewing materials and plans to ensure they meet the needs of patients and families.
