Experience the original MBSR program, created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, and completed by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. This evidence-based program can help reduce stress and foster well-being in body and mind. MBSR offers tools to meet pain, illness and life’s challenges with greater awareness and presence. It’s about experiencing life as it unfolds, one moment at a time.
8-Week Online Program
$650
The MBCT program combines mindfulness practice with cognitive therapy tools. Together, they help break cycles of depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. MBCT is especially helpful for those who have experienced recurrent depression or are looking to prevent a relapse. This program helps participants work with difficult thought patterns and develop a plan to reduce the risk of relapse.
This course is intended for personal self-care and growth — it’s not MBCT training for medical professionals. If you're unsure whether MBCT or another program is more appropriate, please reach out to us. We're happy to discuss options so you can make the decision that feels right for you.
4-Week Online Program
$200
This course introduces you to mindfulness practices that support a different way of relating to acute and chronic pain. Physical pain is not only felt in the body. Thoughts, feelings and reactions can make pain feel worse. Mindfulness can help bring awareness to these reactions, allowing the opportunity to pause, respond with care and reduce anxiety and stress that may intensify the pain. This course helps you develop tools to:
- Respond more skillfully to acute and chronic pain
- Prioritize self-care practices for better pain management
- Reduce the stress related to your experience of pain
Drawing on practices from the MBSR program, this course can complement other pain management approaches and help you engage more fully in daily life. Our instructors offer guidance in a setting that encourages learning and sharing.

- Daily at-home mindfulness meditation practice (20-40 minutes)
- Guided meditation recordings and course materials are available online
- Limited to roughly 35 participants to support meaningful discussion and connection
4-Week Online Program

This course is ideal for those new to mindfulness as well as people looking to reconnect with, deepen or strengthen their practice. Study core mindfulness meditation practices and explore the physical and neurological processes that shape our stress responses. Learn how to apply these skills to your everyday life in ways that nurture both body and mind.
Weekly classes include guided meditation practice and group discussion in a supportive learning environment. Small and large group discussions allow participants to learn from one another through shared experiences and insights. This course is a great option for those who may find the 8-week MBSR course challenging to fit into their schedule.

3-Day Retreat
$525
Step away from daily distractions alongside a welcoming community in an online retreat setting. Our 3-day silent retreats (29 hours total) offer an opportunity for extended meditation, reflection and renewal. These offerings are great for people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness program or anyone wanting to deepen their mindfulness practice. They also meet the prerequisites for some MBSR teacher-training programs.
