Postpartum - Virtual Parent Support Group
A free virtual postpartum support and discussion group available for postpartum parents with babies under 12 months of age. The group meets the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 10 to 11 am. Participants will be required to complete a waiver. The group is facilitated by Sarah Baroud, LICSW – a therapist and social worker who specializes in perinatal mental health. Each group will include a discussion topic and time for questions and mutual support.
