Childbirth Education Classes - In-Person
This class takes place on the first to fourth Mondays of each month from 6 to 8 pm. If there is a fifth Monday in a month there will be no class.
The UMass Memorial Medical Center Doula Program is pleased to offer welcoming, informative, childbirth education classes. The classes are facilitated by an experienced childbirth educator through our partner agency, For Babies Best.
This course will cover various topics, including:
- What to expect in the 3rd trimester
- Medical and non-medical forms of pain relief
- Advocacy
- Labor interventions
- And much more!
These classes are offered at no charge and are open to ALL families who are expecting.
