All caregivers at UMass Memorial Health have access to view the specific privileges granted to practitioners.
Medical Staff and Affiliate Practitioner Staff
On the UMass Memorial Health Hub, select:
RESOURCES>UMASS MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER>ECHONET-PROVIDER PRIVILEGES (there is a standard password of “priv”)
Only those privileges which have been approved will appear. Any special added privileges may appear at the bottom of the form.

Case Log/Activity Profile Requests
Please note we are able to provide case logs for physicians only. We are able to provide a copy of the most recently approved privileges for all provider types.
All requests for practitioner case logs must be submitted using one of the following:
- Direct email from the practitioner authorizing release of case logs to the practitioner or to a specific healthcare entity.
