This is our on-site, outpatient pharmacy.

The pharmacy accepts most prescription insurance plans; however, if your insurance plan is not accepted, you will be notified by the pharmacy, and your prescription will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Major credit cards (except American Express), debit cards, flexible spending cards and health savings cards are accepted.

Yes! If you prefer to have your prescription picked up in the pharmacy rather than delivered to your room, please ensure that your friend or family member has their own photo id and knows your date of birth.

Prescriptions can be refilled for you at one of the UMass Memorial prescription center pharmacies, but if you want to refill your prescription at your own pharmacy—no problem! Just ask our pharmacy to send refill orders to the pharmacy of your choice.

UMass Memorial meds-to-beds is available Monday through Friday, 9 am - 6 pm; Saturday, 9 am - 4 pm; and Sunday, 9 am - 4 pm (University Campus only). If you are discharged after hours, you can still fill your prescription at the prescription center pharmacy for pick up.

Yes! Just call the prescription center on the campus of your procedure, and we will enroll you in UMass Memorial Meds-to-Beds.
