Before You Begin

You must have a myChart account before downloading the myChart application. Sign up for myChart now.

How To Download myChart

• Find the MyChart app on your platform of choice: 
         
• Enter MyChart in the search field.
• Select the app with this myChart icon:
  
• Read and accept the terms and conditions. 
• myChart will prompt you for permission to access your location.  By selecting Yes, you will see the Healthcare organizations near you.
• Find and select UMass Memorial Health.

You are now ready to sign in and begin using myChart.

Enhanced myChart Login Options 

For ease of use and added security, UMass Memorial Health recommends setting either a fingerprint or passcode to access your mobile app.

• The first time you login to the myChart mobile app, you will be asked if you want to log in faster, leading you to setting up a passcode or a biometric (fingerprint, facial recognition) 
• You can also set up these options (or change them) whenever you log in on mobile, by going to your myChart Account Settings
