Our ophthalmologists treat a wide spectrum of eye conditions, including: 

• General eye conditions, such as cataracts, dry eye, inflammation and watery eyes
• Corneal conditions, which affect the clear, protective outer layer of your eye
• Issues affecting eye function or appearance, such as styes, droopy eyelids and trauma
• Genetic eye issues, such as macular degeneration and strabismus, often linked to inherited conditions or family history

Eye Testing and Treatments

From everyday concerns to complex conditions, our team supports your eye health with skill and compassion.

Eye Testing Services 

The Eye Center offers a full range of tests, including: 

• Fluorescein and ICG angiography evaluate blood flow in the retina and back of the eye.
• Ocular ultrasonography uses sound waves to look inside the eye when bleeding, swelling or other issues make it challenging to use other imaging methods.
• Ophthalmic photography uses a special camera to capture detailed images of eye structures.
• Orthoptics involves eye exercises and visual tests to diagnose and manage problems with eye alignment and muscle control.
• Perimetry (visual field testing) maps your field of vision, specifically side (peripheral) vision.

Eye Treatments  

Ophthalmologists deliver the  treatments you need, including standard therapies and advanced options. Our offerings include: 

• Anti-VEGF injections help reduce swelling and may prevent vision loss in people with macular degeneration or diabetic retinopathy.
• Eyelid procedures, (typically outpatient) treat issues such as blocked glands or styes.
• Glasses and contact lens prescriptions help correct nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.
• Prescription eye drops may be necessary to treat glaucoma, dry eye and infections.
• Small-incision cataract surgery replaces the eye lens using a gentler technique that offers a quick recovery.
