Valerie Zolezzi-Wyndham, JD, is the founder and CEO of Promoting Good, LLC, a consulting firm that leads transformational change processes. Valerie and her team support organizations in moving from stated commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, to strategic action for equity. Her expertise includes health equity/social determinants of health-focused strategies. Her firm works across sectors nationally, partnering with health care, arts, education, social justice and financial institutions. Prior to founding Promoting Good, she was the Managing Attorney of Community Legal Aid, headquartered in Worcester. In that capacity, she founded a thriving medical-legal partnership, which continues to have a strong relationship with UMass Memorial Health.
She is the Chair of the Board of the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center and a trustee at the Worcester Art Museum. She collaborates with the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School in the area of racism and bias education.
