Courtyard by Marriott Gives the “Gift of Warmth” to Marlborough Hospital Cancer Patients

Marlborough, MA – They are sometimes referred to as comforters, quilts or even duvets, but no matter what you call them, blankets are a source of warmth and comfort. And coming later this fall, patients receiving treatment at the new Cancer Center at Marlborough Hospital will have the added comfort of hand-made blankets courtesy of the Courtyard by Marriott of Marlborough. In fact, as part of their recent lobby renovation celebration, the Courtyard by Marriott spearheaded a special build-a-blanket project.

Girls Cancer CenterJun 19, 2013 - Leominster, MA - Three students from Longsjo Middle School in Fitchburg recently visited the Simonds-Sinon Regional Cancer Center, located at the HealthAlliance Hospital - Burbank Campus, with a gift from the heart. The girls raised money to donate to the cancer center by selling hand-crafted ribbons to their friends and fellow students.
