‘Everybody’s Got the Flu.’ Cases Are Spiking Quickly in Children, Doctors Say.

Flu activity in Massachusetts has officially reached high levels, and doctors at pediatric emergency departments are seeing a sharp increase in children coming in sick with influenza.

This year, it started a little more abruptly, and the number of cases we saw became much higher at a much faster rate than we’re usually seeing.

Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation Event Raises More Than $23K For Cancer Patients

An annual ceremony hosted by the Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation raised tens of thousands for cancer care. The Annual Tree of Life ceremony on Dec. 8 attracted about 75 attendees and raised more than $23,000 to support the Oliva Fund for Cancer Care.
