Urgent Care Hours and Patient Capacity Guidelines
Urgent care hours may be adjusted based on patient volume and capacity to ensure safe, high-quality care. In some cases, locations may close earlier than scheduled, particularly in the evening, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.
To support patient safety and accommodate exam room capacity, we limit the number of patients seen at one time to a maximum of three. If your group includes four or more individuals, please plan to divide into smaller groups.
