• Regarding Plan Data: In accordance with the Pricing Transparency rules our published data includes pricing for procedures including those performed by In-Network and Out-of-Network providers, regardless of geography

The Departments of Labor, Treasury, and Health and Human Services intend these machine-readable files to promote health insurance literacy, consumerism, and competition and generally are not intended for use by Plan participants.
