Introducing Mass Advantage
We are pleased to accept Mass Advantage, a local Medicare Advantage plan owned by UMass Memorial Health and created with input from our providers to make your care simple, personal, and easy to manage. Mass Advantage was designed to provide enhanced care coordination and streamlined access to the resources of UMass Memorial. If you are eligible for Medicare and live in Worcester County, you can select this plan during Medicare’s annual enrollment period (October 15 – December 7). UMass Memorial also accepts other Medicare Advantage plans as well as Original Medicare.
Medicare Resource Center
Medicare can be confusing. The UMass Memorial Health Medicare Resource Center can help. If you have questions about Medicare or you’d like to learn about the Medicare plans UMass Memorial Health accepts, call our Medicare advisors at 844-416-1051, TTY: 711. Advisors are available to help you free of charge Monday to Friday during the following hours:
- August 18 to September 30, 8 am to 5 pm
- October 1 to December 31, 8 am to 8 pm
- January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, 8 am to 5 pm
