Crab cakes are a popular fishcake in the United States. Indulge in a culinary delight with our Enlightened Crab Cakes recipe. These crab cakes are a perfect blend of succulent crab meat and fresh vegetables with a tasty sauce to top them off. We've altered the traditional recipe for a lighter version.
(Serves 4 - 2 patties each)
Crab Cakes Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green onions (scallions)
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 T breadcrumbs
Directions
Shred crab meat. Mix with all other ingredients. Form into eight patties
