A state task force focused on Massachusetts’ primary care access problems has a bold proposition — demand providers and insurers double what they spend on primary care.

Overall this is a step forward, although it’s hard to imagine we could actually double spending in primary care without driving the overall costs of healthcare up.

Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation Event Raises More Than $23K For Cancer Patients

An annual ceremony hosted by the Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation raised tens of thousands for cancer care. The Annual Tree of Life ceremony on Dec. 8 attracted about 75 attendees and raised more than $23,000 to support the Oliva Fund for Cancer Care.
