They are trained to evaluate your total health care needs, provide personal medical care and to refer you to specialists when needed, while maintaining a continuity of care. The services that we provide have been designed to offer you the best possible care. When you are ill, our extended office hours allow us to see you without delay, usually on the same day that you call. And if you need additional care, on-site x-ray, physical therapy and laboratory services provided by Milford Regional Medical Center means you won’t have to travel far.
Important Notice - Mendon Road Bridge Closure May Affect Travel Time to Northbridge Offices
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has closed the Mendon Road bridge over the West River in Northbridge until further notice. This long-term closure may impact travel to our Urgent Care, OB/GYN, and Family Medicine offices in Northbridge.
Patients should allow extra travel time and follow posted detour signs to avoid delays.
- Primary detour: Route 122 (Providence Rd), Hartford Ave, and Route 16 (Uxbridge Rd/Hastings St)
- Secondary detour: North Ave (Mendon), Mendon St & Pleasant St (Upton), and Quaker St (Northbridge)
- Local traffic only is permitted on Mendon Rd and Northbridge St
