Online Mindfulness Programs

At the UMass Memorial Health Center for Mindfulness (CFM), we welcome everyone, from first-time participants to experienced meditators. We offer instruction and support for every step of your mindfulness journey.

All of our programs are offered live online to people age 17 and older. You don’t need to be a UMass Memorial Health patient or have a doctor’s referral to join. Participate in our live group sessions on Zoom, where you connect with CFM instructors and fellow participants.
