Diagnostic Precision for Challenging Infections

Long-Term Infection Monitoring and Treatment

Some infections, like osteomyelitis, tuberculosis, or fungal diseases, require weeks or months of treatment. We guide care plans, monitor medication safety and coordinate follow-up services to help your child fully recover.

Congenital and Perinatal Infection Management

Our specialists diagnose and manage infections passed from mother to baby, such as CMV, toxoplasmosis, syphilis and HIV. After delivery, we counsel on appropriate diagnostic tests and manage any necessary ongoing treatment after leaving the hospital.

IV Antibiotic Therapy Oversight

Some conditions, like bone infections and complicated pneumonia, require long-term IV antibiotics. We select the safest, most appropriate option, monitor for safety, and coordinate with other specialists managing your child’s care.
