Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip
All the creamy, cheesy, spicy buffalo flavor you love made lighter. With chicken, Greek yogurt and reduced-fat cheese, this skinny dip is rich, tangy, and perfect for guilt-free scooping.
(Serves 4)
Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients
3 c. shredded cooked chicken
4 oz. (half a block) reduced-fat (or fat-free) cream cheese, softened
1 c. plain Greek yogurt
1 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. crumbled light blue cheese
1/2 c. hot sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Transfer mixture to a small, greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to slightly brown. Remove and serve immediately.
Slow Cooker Directions
Stir all ingredients together in a slow cooker until combined. Heat on low for four hours or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
