Established in 1978, Tri-River Family Health Center in Uxbridge is staffed by specialists in internal medicine. Patients who require specialty care, testing or hospitalization have direct access to Milford Regional Medical Center, a clinical affiliate of UMass Memorial Medical Center. Tri-River also serves as a residency training site for internal medicine for the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.
